If you are looking to take your practice to the next level, this class is for you. It includes sequences of stronger poses to refine your flexibility, strength and balance.
Working towards and spending time in each asana is the goal, maintaining a connection to your breath and mindfulness of body and experience. Classes will be themed monthly to focus on specific areas, revisiting points of alignment and applying modifications based on individual needs. Together we’ll discover, be curious and bring an element of play to our practice. The class includes pranayama (breath work), and provides the perfect lead into guided meditation for those keen to stay on after.
This class is not suitable for beginners or those with injuries. It assumes 6-12 months experience of yoga and a moderate level of strength and flexibility.
